I know it's been several weeks since I've posted. I haven't given up on the Biggest Loser, but I haven't made any progress. I've lost 6 pounds since we started. With the holidays looming, I sure hope I can keep them off. Don't give up. I'm still focused on trying to eat more healthy and get more exercise.

Anyone else totally not motivated? It was like once I screwed up on Halloween I can't get back on track. Well I am hoping that by writing it down that I am going to be better I will actually do it:).
I hope you all are doing better than me. Let me know what is working for you. I need all the help I can get:)

Late Start!


Hey everyone! So Brian and I were a little late getting started. We did an initial weigh in on Oct. 14th and those numbers were SCARY!!! But thats just more motivation to shed the pounds. Looks like everyone is now on board & we'll do our best to catch up. Yah for Zumba, Brian and I got our dance on today & renewed our family rec pass so here's to booty shaking the pounds away!

Feb. 5th here I come!!!!! 135 pounds... here I don't come. Man I suck. I feel like I am being more conscious about what I am eating, but I guess it doesn't help that I don't exercise, this once a week just isn't going to cut it!! I'm steppin it up though. I'm going to get on the treadmill right now actually! Good luck all. Love ya!

This week was less productive for me than last. I did lose 1 pound, Rob zero. Not enough veggies like the week before. I just have to remember that "slow and steady wins the race." Keep up the good work everyone! Three weeks now with no pop.

Busy Week

I am sad to report that I did not loose any more pounds this week. It was super busy with field trips, doctor appointments, etc. So I wasn't unable to make it to the gym more than once. But I am happy to say that I did not gain any weight. I am now ready to have a great week this week and loose more weight!
