I know it's been several weeks since I've posted. I haven't given up on the Biggest Loser, but I haven't made any progress. I've lost 6 pounds since we started. With the holidays looming, I sure hope I can keep them off. Don't give up. I'm still focused on trying to eat more healthy and get more exercise.

Anyone else totally not motivated? It was like once I screwed up on Halloween I can't get back on track. Well I am hoping that by writing it down that I am going to be better I will actually do it:).

Late Start!
Hey everyone! So Brian and I were a little late getting started. We did an initial weigh in on Oct. 14th and those numbers were SCARY!!! But thats just more motivation to shed the pounds. Looks like everyone is now on board & we'll do our best to catch up. Yah for Zumba, Brian and I got our dance on today & renewed our family rec pass so here's to booty shaking the pounds away!

why don't you just fall off me pounds!
Feb. 5th here I come!!!!! 135 pounds... here I don't come. Man I suck. I feel like I am being more conscious about what I am eating, but I guess it doesn't help that I don't exercise, this once a week just isn't going to cut it!! I'm steppin it up though. I'm going to get on the treadmill right now actually! Good luck all. Love ya!

Busy Week
I am sad to report that I did not loose any more pounds this week. It was super busy with field trips, doctor appointments, etc. So I wasn't unable to make it to the gym more than once. But I am happy to say that I did not gain any weight. I am now ready to have a great week this week and loose more weight!

Hello Hello!!
Cynthia asked what I am doing. I have basically just cut out night time snacking, I'm eating smaller portions and trying to include more fruits and veggies, drinking lots of water, and walking outside or on the treadmill whenever I can (about 3-5 times a week for 30-60 min.)
I am ready to get back in shape and feel better with more energy.

It was weigh in time for Rob and I today. I lost 4 pounds, Rob zero. I have now gone two weeks without pop and feel a lot better. More alert. I've also been cutting down on the sugar and bread and eating more veggies and salads. Wendy's has some great salads and they have half orders which are plenty of food for me. I've also been cutting down on the portions at lunch and dinner. Keep up the good efforts everyone. The race is on:)

Well I have to say that I have started taking my lunch to work for the last week. It's been full of veggies and fruits and what not. I started parking farther away at work so I have to climb stairs, and I have been to a few Zumba classes. Sadly, well for me, I haven't seen a difference yet. Guess I better step up my game!! And Jeremy took some pictures of us and I have yet to see them posted, I may have to take over. Good luck family!!

Great Start
Seeing results right away always makes it easier to stick with it. It has not been easy and I have had several oopses (i love ice cream), but I am going to stick with it and reach my goal.
So what is everyone else doing to loose weight? Emily you said something about something you and Brian started. What is it? Is it working? Do you hate it? All I have done so far is drink slim fasts for breakfast cut out snacking and am eating smaller portions and of coarse I am working out more.
I have seen that Jillian Michael's (from the biggest looser)has come out with a body cleanse that I think I am going to try. Anyone heard anything about it? Good? Bad?
