Hello Hello!!
Cynthia asked what I am doing. I have basically just cut out night time snacking, I'm eating smaller portions and trying to include more fruits and veggies, drinking lots of water, and walking outside or on the treadmill whenever I can (about 3-5 times a week for 30-60 min.)
I am ready to get back in shape and feel better with more energy.
