It was weigh in time for Rob and I today. I lost 4 pounds, Rob zero. I have now gone two weeks without pop and feel a lot better. More alert. I've also been cutting down on the sugar and bread and eating more veggies and salads. Wendy's has some great salads and they have half orders which are plenty of food for me. I've also been cutting down on the portions at lunch and dinner. Keep up the good efforts everyone. The race is on:)

  1. Great job!!! I seriously am not a blogger... I am a facebooker.. I don't know how to work this thing... But I wanted to post somehow that i have quit snacking at night. Eating smaller portions during the day and walking when I can. I have lost 5 lbs!!! YAY!! All I gotta say is ya'll better step up ur game cuz it's on!! LOL J/k I am sure it wont last long but I am sure gonna try. Good luck all!!
