why don't you just fall off me pounds!

Feb. 5th here I come!!!!! 135 pounds... here I don't come. Man I suck. I feel like I am being more conscious about what I am eating, but I guess it doesn't help that I don't exercise, this once a week just isn't going to cut it!! I'm steppin it up though. I'm going to get on the treadmill right now actually! Good luck all. Love ya!

  1. Exercise is the key for me too! Without it I can't loose anything. I need to sweat of the pounds:) Keep going, this is still just the beginning.
